By using Ease, you agree to these terms. They're written to be read, not skimmed.

What Ease is

Ease is a wellness tracking and mind-body practice app designed for people living with autoimmune conditions. It includes daily check-ins, guided breathing exercises, journaling prompts, somatic regulation practices, and pattern insights based on your logged data.

Ease is operated by Ease Health. These terms govern your use of the Ease web application at easehealth.today.

Subscriptions and payment

Ease is a paid subscription service. Two plans are available:

• Monthly— $19 per month, billed monthly.
• Annual— $79 per year, billed as a single payment ($6.58/month equivalent).

All payments are processed through Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel.

Cancellation. You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Profile tab. When you cancel, you keep access through the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.

Refunds.We do not offer refunds. If you're unsure whether Ease is right for you, the monthly plan lets you try it with a smaller commitment.

Your responsibilities

• You must be 18 years or older to use Ease.
• You are responsible for providing accurate information during onboarding and check-ins. The app's insights are only as useful as the data you give it.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
• You agree not to use Ease for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service.

Intellectual property

The Ease app, including its design, code, content, breath patterns, journal prompts, insight essays, and practice scripts, is the property of Ease Health. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the app without written permission.

Your content is yours. Any check-in data, journal entries, or reflections you create belong to you. We do not claim ownership of your personal data. You can export or delete it at any time.

Limitation of liability

Ease is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do our best to keep the app reliable and your data safe, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or that the service will be error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ease Health shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the app.

Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

You can stop using Ease and delete your account at any time from the Profile tab. Account deletion is permanent and removes all your data from our systems.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, use the service in a way that harms other users, or engage in fraudulent activity. If we terminate your account, we will notify you by email and, where applicable, issue a prorated refund for any prepaid period.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of Ease after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
